Do I need to use all three services?

You can use one service, combine all three, or let us create a tailored program for you. Our practitioners will work closely with you to design a plan that best supports your performance goals.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your initial session lasts 90 minutes. We’ll onboard you, introduce the clinic, and develop a personalised plan. Depending on the service, the session may include counselling discussions, muscle monitoring during kinesiology, or setting up for neurofeedback.

How soon will I see results?

Results vary, but many athletes notice improvements in focus, recovery, and performance after 2–3 sessions. Significant gains are often seen after 10 or more sessions when paired with consistent training.

Is this program suitable for amateur athletes or beginners?

Yes, our services are tailored to athletes at all levels, from beginners to professionals, to help you achieve your goals and perform at your best.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required. You can contact our clinic during business hours or book online anytime, day or night, for your convenience.

Are your services covered by Medicare or private health insurance?

We do not offer rebates for Medicare or private health insurance at this time.

What should I bring to my session?

Just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing, and for neurofeedback, avoid caffeine beforehand for the best results. If you’re attending kinesiology, wear loose-fitting clothes to allow free movement of your arms and legs.

Is neurofeedback safe?

Yes, neurofeedback is non-invasive and safe for athletes of all ages. It helps your brain recalibrate naturally, improving focus, reaction time, and recovery.

Can I continue my usual training alongside your services?
