What to Expect During a Session?
We encourage clients to use neurofeedback sessions as an opportunity to disconnect and relax. Neurofeedback is hassle-free and non-invasive, requiring no active effort on your part.
Getting Started
Book an initial session of 75 minutes to allow for onboarding and introducing Neurofeedback. This session offers the opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and alleviate any concerns you may have.
During your Session
Standard sessions are 45 minutes. During this time, you can simply sit back and relax. During a Neurofeedback session, sensors are placed on your ears and scalp to monitor brain activity while you relax in a comfortable chair. You’ll listen to feedback audio and can watch relaxing videos on a screen as the system gently trains your brain toward healthier patterns, all in a non-invasive and pain-free way.
Progress and Benefits
Most clients notice subtle improvements after a few sessions, with significant changes typically becoming noticeable after 10-20 sessions. The timeline varies based on individual needs and goals, but every session builds toward long-term benefits.
Clients often report feeling calmer, more focused, and emotionally balanced. Benefits may include reduced anxiety, better sleep, enhanced mental clarity, and improved ability to manage stress or symptoms associated with specific conditions.
