Getting Started
First, book a new client session of 75 minutes to allow time for your practitioner to understand your goals and create a personalised plan.
During your Session
Our counselling service is about collaboration; we work with you to find solutions. Your confidential session is a safe space to work with an experienced and compassionate professional to address difficulties in relationships, work, or personal life that can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, or low self-worth. Our environment is calming and relaxing for ultimate comfort.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

What issues can counselling help with?
Counselling can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and personal growth. Our registered counsellors are university trained and are experienced in providing support for life’s complexities.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies based on your goals and needs. Some clients find clarity after a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support for deeper challenges.
Is counselling suitable for children or teens?
Yes, we offer counselling for individuals of all ages, including children and teens, with approaches tailored to their developmental and emotional needs.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
We accept referrals, but they are not required to book an appointment. You can contact us during business hours or book online anytime, day or night.
Are your services covered by Medicare, NDIS or private health insurance?
Our counsellors are registered for NDIS self-managed plans with “improved daily living” and BUPA Extras (with Mental Health). We do not offer rebates for Medicare at this time.
What should I bring to my session?
Just yourself! There’s no need to bring anything specific, but you’re welcome to jot down any questions or thoughts you’d like to explore during your session.

Can I combine counselling with other services in clinic?
