Scope of Services
Our clinic offers complementary health services, including but not limited to counselling, kinesiology, and neurofeedback. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, nor do they replace the advice or treatment from a licensed medical practitioner. Clients are encouraged to consult their General Practitioner for medical concerns.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations to ensure the best possible outcomes. It is also the client’s responsibility to inform their practitioner of any changes to their health, medications, or circumstances that may impact their sessions.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of no-shows. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will retain a refundable deposit or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice. For up to date pricing use our booking system.
You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of a fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the unpaid fee.
Timeliness and Appointment Delays
We strive to run appointments on time to respect our clients’ schedules. However, there may be instances where a previous client is experiencing extreme distress or requires additional support, which could result in delays. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and minimise any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
Suitability of Services
Our services may not be suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to refer clients to other professionals or medical practitioners if we believe our services may not meet their needs.
Consent for Treatment
By booking an appointment, clients consent to receiving complementary health services and acknowledge that they have read and understood the nature of these services as outlined in these terms and conditions.
