Your initial session lasts 75 minutes. We’ll onboard you, introduce the clinic, and develop a personalised plan. Depending on the service, the session may include counselling discussions, muscle monitoring during kinesiology, or setting up for neurofeedback.

How soon will I see results?

Results vary by individual. Many clients notice a difference after 2–3 sessions, with significant improvements often seen after 10 or more sessions, especially when paired with consistent self-care practices.

Is this program suitable for older adults?

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required. You can contact our clinic during business hours or book online anytime, day or night, for your convenience.

Are your services covered by Medicare or private health insurance?

We do not offer rebates for Medicare or private health insurance at this time.

What should I bring to my session?

Just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing, and for neurofeedback, avoid caffeine beforehand for the best results. If you’re attending kinesiology, wear loose-fitting clothes to allow free movement of your arms and legs.

Is neurofeedback safe?

Yes, neurofeedback is non-invasive and safe for all ages. It helps your brain recalibrate naturally, improving focus, memory, and mental clarity.

Can I continue my usual treatments alongside your services?
