New client sessions are 75 minutes. Standard sessions are between 45 and 50 minutes depending on the service.

What should I expect during my first session?
Your initial session lasts 75 minutes. This time is used to get to know you, introduce you to the clinic, and create a personalised plan. Depending on the service, the session may include counselling discussions, muscle monitoring during kinesiology, or neurofeedback setup.
How soon will I feel better?
Every person is different, but many clients report feeling calmer and more focused after just 2 – 3 sessions. Lasting improvements are often seen after 10 or more sessions, especially when combined with self-care practices.
Can your services help with physical symptoms of stress?
Yes. Kinesiology helps release tension, reduce headaches, and improve sleep, while neurofeedback calms the nervous system, easing the physical impact of stress.
Is this suitable for children or teens experiencing stress?

No referral is required. You can contact us during business hours or book online anytime, day or night.
Are your services covered by Medicare or private health insurance?
We do not offer rebates for Medicare or private health insurance at this time.
What should I bring to my session?
Just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing, and for neurofeedback, avoid caffeine beforehand. If you’re attending kinesiology, choose loose-fitting clothes to allow free movement of your arms and legs.
Can I combine your services with other treatments?
Yes. Our services complement other treatments, such as medication or therapy, providing a comprehensive approach to managing stress and burnout.
