Each category has a total possible score of 28, helping you identify which areas may need attention:

0–7: Balanced—Your brain is well-supported in this area.
8–14: Slight imbalance—Your brain is managing, but there’s room for improvement.
15–21: Moderate imbalance—Your brain is under strain and may benefit from targeted support.
22–28: Significant imbalance—Your brain is significantly impacted, and support is strongly recommended.
